You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the Qualifire platform. Qualifire is not liable for any inaccuracies in the data provided by users.

• Impersonating another person or entity.

• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its related systems.

Qualifire owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use Qualifire's branding, logos, or trademarks without our express written consent.

 

8. Privacy:

Your use of the Qualifire platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

 

9. Termination:

Qualifire reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

 

10. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Qualifire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform.

 

11. Changes to Terms:

Qualifire reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

12. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Qualifire is located.
